Welcome to Puddle Jumper Labs!

We are Sheila & Mark Holcomb – breeders of Labrador Retrievers with over 25 years of experience in training and showing for obedience, agility, and fieldwork. We breed and own all three colors of labs (chocolate, black and yellow) and usually have 3 - 4 litters per year. We also offer stud services, to approved females.

As breeders, we always work to achieve something better with each litter that we produce. All of our dogs are OFA certified for their hips and elbows, and their eyes are also cleared through CERF. Our Labradors are bred for good temperament, looks, and trainability, and we have a sound reputation for producing quality labs - as seen by the demand for our pups.

CAMO Gets her Senior Hunt Title!

Mark and I went to Georgia to visit Camo while she spends the winter in training with Paul Lance of Lance Kennels. Camo went 5 straight hunt tests to earn her Senior Hunter title and we just happened to be down there when she was running her last test. To our excitement, I was able to run her at the test.

Camo has quite intensity when she works, and her drive in the water is a lot of fun to watch. She goes in with a big splash, tries to leap out of the water to run faster in the water, and after she has her bird - you can actually see her tail wagging as it comes out of the water and slaps the water.

She is quite the fun dog to work, and will be working for her Master Title this spring.
